When the Riverbank Comes to You
Our Riverbank Picnic was yesterday. The rain has been terrible and even though the day itself was sunny and nice, the ground at the river was sodden.
But, we hate a rain date. So, the annual Riverbank Picnic moved to my house! For those of you who have never been in my house... it is small. Large groups get cozy fast. However, all that really matters at a party is that the people are nice, the food is good and no one gets thirsty.
I set up small tables on the deck, laid the food out on the dining room table and opened the doors to the masses.
Life is good!
