When I cook I pay attention to flavors, textures, combinations and presentation. My wok is well seasoned and I’m not afraid to to turn up the heat and try something new. I experiment a lot with Indian and pan-Asian flavors. Recently, I tried an amazing recipe for Indian Kulfi ice-cream. My husband is a chef, and our children are already little foodies. Our kitchen bursts with energy and creativity.
